PUBLIC NOTICE from YANGWHA GLOBAL PTY. LTD.
It has recently been brought to our attention that a Filipino individual, has been approaching people in the Philippines and falsely claiming that he is working for Yangwha Global. This person has been offering to secure jobs for Filipino's in Australia, that will not require them to fulfill the usual employer stipulated requirements, if they pay a substantial fee to him.
This individual would appear to be using documentation that he has copied from one of the many employment contracts in circulation, together with employer questionnaires. As part of this individual's modus operandi, he will first arrange to meet the unsuspecting candidates in the lobby of the building where a company with a similar name to Yangwha Global operates from. However when he arrives in the lobby, he has said that the offices are under renovation and he will then conduct the meeting in a local seven eleven, where the fake documents are presented to be signed and cash is handed over.
We wish to make it known that the only person employed by Yangwha Global, whom is operating in the Philippines, is the aged and bald Australian owner of the company Mike Smith. We would also like to reaffirm that it is widely known that Yangwha Global only works with Australian employers that are against Filipinos paying a fee for their jobs in Australia and that this policy will not change under any circumstances.
