Epsilon Employees Take Part in Tree-Planting Activity at La Mesa Eco Park

Employees from different departments of Epsilon came together at La Mesa Eco Park for a tree-planting activity under the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.

The unfavorable weather did not stop the team from working together and contributing to the environmental conservation.

Beyond supporting the careers and deployment of seafarers, Epsilon also recognizes its responsibility to help care for the environment.

The activity brought employees together for a shared purpose—contributing to greener spaces, supporting environmental protection, and promoting sustainability for future generations.

Through simple but meaningful efforts like tree planting, Epsilon continues to extend its commitment beyond the maritime sector and into the communities and environment around it.

Preparing Future Officers Through Career Development

Cadets from John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (JBLFMU) recently took part in an orientation and familiarization activity under the Epsilon Career Development Program.

The session provided the cadets with an overview of the company’s structure, core operations, mission, vision, and the professional environment they will become part of as they progress in their maritime careers.

As future ship officers, the cadets are being prepared for greater responsibilities through structured learning, practical exposure, and continuous professional development. They are expected to be assigned to various principals under Epsilon and KJCM, where they can further strengthen their competence and gain valuable onboard experience.

The program reflects Epsilon’s continuing effort to develop capable, disciplined, and industry-ready maritime professionals who can contribute effectively to the global shipping sector.

CDP Continuing Education | Continuous Improvement

As part of Epsilon's commitment to continuous improvement, the first two groups of cadets successfully presented and discussed their chosen topics during this week's Career Development Program (CDP) Continuing Education session.

Held every Wednesday, this regular learning activity provides cadets with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge, presentation skills, critical thinking, and confidence through classroom discussions. Each session is supervised by the Career Development Manager, who provides guidance and constructive feedback to support the cadets' professional growth.
