We are hiring a Digital Fabrication Specialist

Competency

• Review plumbing product data sheets and tabulate dimensional and product metadata into a database
• Identify missing dimensional and product metadata into an exception register
• Enter data into a product template linked to Autodesk Pattern IDs
• Create plumbing Fabrication Part ITMs by setting the product dimensions in Fabrication CAD MEP and establishing connectors for each Part ITM
• Create Plumbing Revit RFAs by entering the product dimensions and metadata into a Revit Family Template assigned to a specific pattern.
• Undergo training in building ITMs and RFAs for plumbing parts

Requirements

• Open for (4th/5th Year) Engineering Undergraduates and Fresh Graduates
• Pre-Requisite: Pass the Plumbing Test and Typing Test
• Understanding of plumbing design
• Knowledge of CAD Software (AutoCAD or Revit)
• Attention to Detail
• Fast and accurate data encoding skills

Working Conditions

• Reports to office (F2F)
• Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

We are looking for a Virtual Reality 3D Specialist. This person will work on creation of interactive visualization and video projects through 3D Software (Maya/Substance/ Z brush) and Game Engines (Unreal Engine 4 / Unity 3D). This person will be tasked with creating 3D Assets by Modeling, Texturing and Animation. Preferably, we are in the search for someone with a well-versed knowledge of utilizing the PBR Pipeline for Gaming.

Responsibilities:
• Memorizes the content of the VT playbook and checklist, and ability to execute against these
playbooks and checklists
• Learn current software used by the company.
• Create 3D Models efficiently.
• Detailed 3D Sculpting on Selected Assets
• Skills in Texturing using Substance Software
• Import and Test 3D Assets inside Game Engines
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers and Team Managers.
• Prepare RFIs for project managers.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
• Review drawings, specifications, instructions, and other requirements to ensure successful
• management of projects.
• Ensure the timely and high-quality submission of work.
• Act as first-line quality control manager.
• Identify project issues (ex. Schedule, quality, productivity) and work with Team Manager and

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Game Development / Multimedia Arts or any IT and Digital Arts related course.
• Experience in Game Development or Real Estate renderings/Photography field is an advantage
• Technical knowledge in Game Engines and Programming is an added advantage
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both written and verbal
• Must be able to learn and retain new skills quickly from a variety of sources and show potential to work with limited supervision

We are looking for a Web Developer(Front-end) who can work with our software development team, Cirrus Studio at VIATechnik and develop cloud based digital solutions to real-world problems in the AEC industry and beyond.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in the ideation and spec development phase.
• Develop web applications to achieve project requirements.
• Work closely with the studio lead, project manager, and other software developers.
• Be responsible for meeting project deadlines and requirements.
• Be responsible for delivering high performance, detail-oriented, testable, quality code.
• Be responsible for maintaining/updating your own work.
• Pay attention to details of your own product.
• Be willing to expand your own knowledge to new areas to complete given tasks.

Requirements:
• Proficient in Angular(Typescript) and/or Vue.js(Javascript)
o Angular as the main frontend framework
o Some cases, we use Vue.js for a quick prototyping
• Proficient in following tools:
o HTML 5, CSS, Webpack, Babel, NPM, AJAX, JSON, Bootstrap
• Excellent conceptual and critical thinking capabilities for UI\UX design
• Knowledge and experience in Node.js and RESTful API technology stacks
• Knowledge and experience in continuous integration
• Knowledge and experience in Frontend UI libraries such as PrimeNG and/or Angular Material
• Knowledge and experience in Full life cycle development experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge and experience in AWS Amplify, Lambda, and Cognito are desirable but not required.
