• Ensure all information from client meetings/discussions are relayed internally so that
everyone in the team is updated and aligned

• Research, seek, and negotiate with third-party vendors that can provide products and
services related to the project
• Make client presentations and cost estimates for projects
• Negotiate contract with the client

• To create a complete HR manual that will cover standards in all facets of HR (e.g.
recruitment training and development, employee relations, labour relations, etc)

• To create a calendar of HR activities that will include all training and development plans,
