💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with regional and global finance leaders on strategic planning and business growth initiatives
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly budget vs. actual analysis

🎯 QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• At least 10 years of progressive Finance/FP&A/Corporate Finance experience, including leadership experience
• Must be a CPA
• Master’s Degree in Finance, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management
• Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven experience working with senior business leaders and influencing strategic decisions
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, audit, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fintech or financial services experience is highly preferred
• Exposure to debt financing, treasury, or investor reporting is highly preferred
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is highly preferred
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with regional and global stakeholders
