Today, it continues to develop its presence in the healthcare, agriculture, hospitality and tourism industries as well as in other geographical markets. IOI adheres to the standards set by the International Labor Organization on ethical recruitment and has, as a policy, adopted the “Employer Pays Principle” and, consequently, does NOT charge any placement or processing fees to applicants. As a commitment to this policy, IOI remains a standing member of ASPROE (Association of Professionals for Overseas Engagements Inc.), an organization composed of only 6 Philippine recruitment agencies who have similarly employed the Employer Pays Principle from Day 1 of operations and continue to be committed to establishing and maintaining professional standards and ethical business practices in the overseas employment industry. Aside from this policy, IOI has further designed its processes to foster engagement with all its relevant stakeholders in the entire recruitment chain with its effectiveness evidenced by the low attrition rates of only 0.5%, 0.85%, 0.7% and 0.39% from 2022 to 2025 respectively, and also by its long-standing relationships with its clients. IOI received accreditation for ISO 9001: 2008, Quality Management Systems in July 2010. In October 2017, IOI has been certified to the newest standard, i.e., ISO 9001: 2015 version, way ahead of the deadline set by QAS for 2018. IOI continues to be re-certified yearly since then. IOI is also D-U-N-S registered with Dun & Bradstreet since March 2021. IOI respects and values the right to data privacy of all individuals it engages with. In view of Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and issuances by the National Privacy Commission, IOI guarantees that we are compliant with all the requirements mandated by the law as well as with the generally accepted data protection standards and regulations.
