• Must possess either Microsoft or Apple Certification for Helpdesk
• At least 2 years experienced IT helpdesk for a multinational account or company (preferably in BPO)
• With excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Amenable working in Shaw
• Amenable on a 24/7 shifting schedule, render OT and be on-call
For Network or NOC Engineers
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration (BA\BS), or 5 years relevant work experience
• In-depth working knowledge of server, network, and storage technologies in a Data Center
• Proficient and recent hands-on experience in Systems Administration, Storage Operations, and Administration
• Previous experience working in an monitoring environment
• Proficient with Hyper-V, Virtualization Technologies, and Enterprise Storage Systems
• Experience with Data Center Automation
• Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery concepts

Should have experience in developing web-based applications using Java/J2ee
Core Java ( OOPs concepts, Exceptions, Collections, Generics, Annotations etc..)
Advanced Java (JSP, Servlets & Custom Tags)
Spring framework ( IOC, MVC, AOP)
Good communication skills
Design Patterns ( at least basic ones Singleton, MVC)
Oracle PL/SQL(Basic query knowledge)
Knowledge on any ORM concepts (like hibernate , iBatis or JPA ) . Hands-on not mandate.
Unit Testing process , Using Junit/Spock will be advantage.
Secondary skills:
Web-services like SOAP or Rest,Groovy, Spock framework
