ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATION:
-Male/Female
-26 years old and above
-Accountancy Graduate, preferably CPA
-Knowledge in application of General Accounting Principles and preparation of financial reports, including analysis
-Adequate knowledge on treasury operations
-Knowledge on government audit and compliance reports
-Proficient in computer applications including spreadsheets
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , -Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
-3 Full-Time position(s) available.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records, including, but not limited to, cash receipts, expenditures, investments, purchasing, inventory, assets, payroll.
-Assists in the development and maintenance of financial reporting systems to insure integrity of finances based on sound accounting procedures and controls.
-Supervises payroll and accounts payable employees.
-Assists in the preparation of the annual working Budget, Tax Levy, -Budget and Appropriation Ordinance.
-Meets mandated publication and filing dates for financial documents.
-Reconciles bank accounts and verify the bank balance with the general ledger
-Supervises all month-end and year-end accounting procedures including preparation and entry of journal entries for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and General Ledger computer systems.
