Our History

A full history by one of our own Unit Manager, Mr. Ardie Espiritu:

Once there was a doting Ate who dreamt of a better future for her millennial siblings, a place, where they can be together and achieve a lot of great things. The opportunity presented itself when this doting Ate discovered the opportunity of Agency Building, after a conversation on an Incentive Trip with the millennial superstars who are now Branch Managers and Presidents of their own agencies, BM Benson, BM Pat and BM Migs. She was surprised to find out that even as a Top Seller, her income was a lot smaller compared to the income of these millennial managers. She wanted this so much to work, but there were only 4 teammates under her wing, 2 of which, her own siblings, Janice Comia and Jay Buan. Janice recruited her friend Tiffany Gasco, then along came Blesila Perez, a mommy like this doting Ate. She simply didn't have the NUMBERS. That's when she thought about the common denominator with the Managers she spoke with, They were MILLENIALS. And she knew a very energetic Millennial very close to her, her youngest sister Charisma, who then invited her first set of recruits, her high school friend, Gerard and their old neighbor, Ardie, another millennial, who also believed the vision laid out by the siblings, so Ardie went on to invite his first 2 recruits, his brother Alex and best friend Gelo who each recruited to help.

The BEST Core Group that PRU has yet to see was developed as they were building their first 20 manpower. In three months, they were able to accomplish all these in September 2017. And as January came, they fearlessly declared to regal their first year as a unit, NUMBER ONE. Through everyone's hardwork and the leadership of this doting Ate, they ended the year Number 1, with her siblings, Janice as the Top 2 Agent and Charisma, Top 2 Rookie Nationwide, and Jay, MDRT. But as all good things, they result to better things, two teams will spin off, Team BING(Charisma Buan) and Team ARDIE (Ardie Espiritu). As happy as it was, they were wistful to be growing apart, but promised that only 1 year will pass and the family lead by the Doting Ate will be together again as a Branch. Fast forward to you, YES YOU, as you'll be part of this family started by the Doting Ate, you deserve to know her name, the name of the back to back Top Unit Manager Nationwide, the leader of this branch, your Doting Ate, the first of her name, Arlene Gerona. She welcomes you to her family of Winners!
