DOT - Industry Manpower Development The Office of Industry Manpower Development provides different training programs to tourism stakeholders.

Free training / seminars are given to DOT Accredited entities and/or individuals as incentives for their continued compliance with the Department's minimum standards. There are also programs offered for non-accredited individuals. These programs are set with the goal of encouraging the participants to file for accreditation with the Department. Some of the programs currently being offered by IMD i

nclude, but are not limited to, the following:

- Seminar on How to Handle Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
- Eco-Guiding Seminars
- Community Guiding Seminar
- Seminar for Tourist Drivers as Tourism Frontliners*
- The Professional Filipino Spa Therapist Workshop
- Philippine Fun Farms Orientation Seminar: Planting the Seeds of Agritourism
