DOT - Industry Manpower Development The Office of Industry Manpower Development provides different training programs to tourism stakeholders.

Free training / seminars are given to DOT Accredited entities and/or individuals as incentives for their continued compliance with the Department's minimum standards. There are also programs offered for non-accredited individuals. These programs are set with the goal of encouraging the participants to file for accreditation with the Department. Some of the programs currently being offered by IMD include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Seminar on How to Handle Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
- Eco-Guiding Seminars
- Community Guiding Seminar
- Seminar for Tourist Drivers as Tourism Frontliners*
- The Professional Filipino Spa Therapist Workshop
- Philippine Fun Farms Orientation Seminar: Planting the Seeds of Agritourism
