MAIN TASK:
The Customer Service Account Manager is responsible for carrying out the Department’s main goal, which is to build, maintain and strengthen the business relationship with the company's external clients and create collaborative partnerships by improving communication, pursuing the implementation of pro-active measures, helping ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, and monitoring the client's level of satisfaction with the company's services.
