We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. The HR Assistant will handle administrative tasks, assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, and ensure the smooth running of HR processes. Will be assigned in Makati City ( AEMS Head Office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, and reports.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, - - Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
