*Treasury Supervisor*

Qualifications:
1. Capable to handle multiple accounts
2. MS Office knowledgeable and capable
3. Articulate and keen to details
4. With at least 2 years of supervisory experience
5. With at least 1 year of experience in real estate industry
6. Resourceful and initiative

*Sales and Marketing Supervisor*

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. 5 years of experience in Real Estate, Sales and Marketing operation is a must.
3. Experience in documentation, computations and conducting trainings is a must.
4. Knowledge in turnover of unit and unit maintenance is a plus.
5. Experience with people relation - customers and sellers. Can manage and motivate a team.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and team coordination. Can work well independently and as a team. Good interpersonal skills and can communicate with all levels of management.
7. Have the ability to create a calendar of events for sales, meetings and trainings. Has skills in managing budgets, forecasting sales, and controlling marketing expenses.
8. Ability to multi-task, adaptable and can handle pressure.
9. Proficiency in data analysis, market trends, and using insights to inform decision-making. Has the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and strategies.
10. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in sales and marketing.
11. Highly organized and result driven. Has a high sense of urgency and can deliver in accordance with the given timeframe or deadline.
