Job Description: HR and Admin Officer
Position Overview:
This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including administrative tasks, payroll management, employee relations, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Duties:
- Manage procurement processes for office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees and management.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

2. Human Resource Functions:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Coordinate with finance department for payroll disbursement and reconciliation.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle inquiries regarding benefits eligibility and coverage.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and addressing employee grievances
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR and administrative roles, with a focus on payroll management and employee relations.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and payroll processing requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
