Qualifications:
· Degree holder in any medical-related courses: Nursing, MedTech, OT/PT etc.
· At least 1 year solid experience with a complex and metrics-driven voice account (proven longevity in a company)
· Knowledge on Insurance and related products
· Knowledge of medical terminology (medical conditions, medicines, etc.)
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent reading skills and comprehension

TELE-INTERVIEW (TL)

At least five years contact center experience with 3 years experience in a team leader/supervisor capacity
• Previous related work experience must be in Insurance, Healthcare or Financial services in a BPO setting is required.

• Degree graduate of 4 year medical allied course (E.g BS Nursing or any health affiliated courses )
• Proven Customer Service Skills

· Preferably someone with knowledge in human anatomy (for them to have familiarization on some of the terminologies stated in the script)
· Must know how to pronounce medical terminologies
