Urgent Hiring: Senior Recruiter
Start date: April 4 (Monday)
Qualifications:
- Fresh College Graduate (Psychology or Human Resource Management is a plus factor)
- SHS or HS graduate with at least 6 months of work experience (BPO or RPO is a plus factor)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work on a graveyard shift.
- Must have a strong internet connection.
- Can start ASAP

Job Description
- Finding suitable candidates for a client position by conducting research on job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Conducting pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such as qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements.
- Coordinating interview schedules, locations, etc.
- Recruiting passive candidates through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building.
