75,000 – 100,000 basic pay
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Law background is a must
3. With at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Labor Relations or must have a working knowledge of PH Labor Laws
4. Good communicator
5. Able to independently manage team members and cases, both internal and external
6. Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment
7. Understanding of HR concepts especially employee experience and change management
8. Highly proficient meeting management skills
9. Willing to work in Commonwealth Quezon City
10. Willing to work on GRAVEYARD SCHEDULE

They should have excellent English communication skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meetings and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities:
-Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
-Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
-Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
-Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
