We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist to support a growing software company.

This is NOT a traditional customer service or call center position.

We're looking for someone who can think critically, troubleshoot software issues, communicate clearly, and work closely with developers until problems are fully resolved.

💻 In this role, you'll:
✔ Respond to customer support requests via email
✔ Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues
✔ Test software across web, iOS, and Android platforms
✔ Determine whether issues are bugs, user errors, setup concerns, or feature requests
✔ Create detailed bug reports and development tickets
