𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

In view of the issuance of Memorandum Circular No. 126 by the Office of the President, operations and services at the MARINA Central Office and MARINA Regional Office - NCR, Trium Square Building, Pasay City will be SUSPENDED today, Friday, 14 August 2026.

However, the THEORETICAL EXAMINATION will proceed today, as scheduled. Seafarers who will not be able to take the examination may apply for “RESCHEDULE WITHOUT PAYMENT” or “RESIT WITHOUT PAYMENT” in the MISMO system starting 17 August 2026.

Meanwhile, the CONDUCT OF PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT in affected areas may proceed at the discretion of the concerned Assessment Centers (ACs).

Also, seafarers who are scheduled to process their MARINA Professional License ID today at the MARINA Regional Office-NCR may process their application any day within the week starting 17 August 2026.

Regular operations and services will RESUME on Monday, 17 August 2026.
