As announced by Maritime Industry Authority, the eGovPH app is now the official platform for all new SID and SRB appointment bookings. This initiative aims to enhance online security, prevent illegal fixing activities, and provide a safer and more convenient appointment process for everyone.

We also encourage everyone to remain vigilant and avoid sharing personal information, login credentials, OTPs, or important documents with unauthorized individuals offering “assistance” or faster processing. Always protect your personal data and transact only through official government platforms.

Applicants with existing appointments booked through the previous OAS system will still be accommodated and remain valid. Moving forward, however, all new appointment scheduling must be processed exclusively through the eGovPH app.
