A completed, state-recognized training course of at least 4 years in the Mechanical sector (e.g., Mechanical machinery engineering, Mechanical engineering, mechatronics) with an official diploma.

1. Mastery of heavy machinery assembly processes, specifically "lamination" (stacking thousands of thin metal sheets with extreme care) and aligning laminated stacks.
2. In-depth knowledge and practical application of pneumatic systems and high-pressure hydraulic pressing techniques used to compact generator cores.
3. Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, internal precision gauges, laser systems) to perform dimensional checks and precise alignment on components weighing several tons.
4. Confident interpretation of complex manufacturing drawings, circuit diagrams, and technical bills of materials (BOM).
5. Safe operation of tools, equipment, and floor-controlled overhead cranes (an international crane operator certificate is a major advantage, though a local Austrian crane license is required).
6. Basic understanding of electrical insulation systems, earthing connections, and sensor placement, as technicians work closely with electricians.
