Ang Project Manager (Site) ang magiging overall lead ng BNA Onshore Electrical Turnaround (TAR) 2026 sa Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. Siya ang may pangunahing responsibilidad sa ligtas, on-time, at on-budget ex*****on ng buong project habang pinamumunuan ang multi-disciplinary electrical turnaround team.
Bilang Site Project Manager, siya rin ang magiging pangunahing point of contact ng Client para sa project ex*****on, HSE, quality, schedule, cost control, at overall contract performance.

⚡ 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
▪️ Pangunahan ang ex*****on ng 10-week Onshore Electrical TAR project.
▪️ Maging pangunahing liaison sa Client Site TAR Manager, E&I leadership, at HSE Department.
▪️ Pamahalaan ang 20-person multi-disciplinary electrical turnaround team.
▪️ Monitor at kontrolin ang project cost, budget, at Variation Orders (VO).
▪️ I-manage ang project schedule gamit ang Level-4 planning at critical path monitoring.
▪️ Siguraduhin ang tamang Permit-to-Work (PTW) at LOTO compliance.
▪️ Pangasiwaan ang project risk register at mag-escalate ng critical issues sa BNA Management.
▪️ Magpakita ng visible safety leadership sa pamamagitan ng daily safety walks at behavioural safety observations.
▪️ Siguraduhin ang quality ng lahat ng testing records, ITPs, NCRs, at close-out documents.
▪️ Mag-mentor at mag-lead ng BNA ex*****on team throughout the project.

🎓 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 & 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘
Dapat may:
▪️ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineering, o Mechanical/Industrial Engineering na may strong electrical project background.
⭐ Dual E&I qualification is highly preferred.
▪️ Minimum 15 years progressive Oil & Gas project experience.
▪️ Minimum 5 years experience bilang Site Project Manager / Site Manager para sa Electrical & Instrumentation works.
▪️ Proven experience sa cost control, schedule management, at multinational project teams.
