​🔧 Key Responsibilities & Skills:
​🍳 Kitchen Equipment: Servicing and repair of gas ranges, fryers, steamers, exhaust hoods, chillers, and freezers
​❄️ Air-Conditioning: Split-type AC cleaning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
​🐠 Aquarium Maintenance: Filtration systems, water/air pumps, lighting, and water circulation
​⚡ Electrical & Plumbing: Outlets, breakers, wiring, sinks, drains, and minor leak repairs
​🛠️ General Duties: Preventive maintenance, emergency response during operations, and contractor coordination
