🎓Educational Background:
Graduate of Technical-Vocational Course in Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Refrigeration & Airconditioning, or related field.
Preferably with TESDA NC II / NC III Certification in Electrical, Mechanical or Refrigeration & Airconditioning (RAC), Mechanical Maintenance, or equivalent.
⛑️Work Experience:
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
At least 1–2 years of experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance, preferably in malls, hotels, or commercial/industrial facilities.
Experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, and mechanical equipment.
🔧Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, motors, pumps, blowers, fans, air handling units (AHU), and cooling systems.
Skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical or mechanical equipment.
Familiar with piping layouts, ducting systems, and mechanical drawings.
Knowledgeable in chiller plant operation, chilled water pipeline, fire protection pumps, and ventilation systems.
Basic understanding of energy efficiency and environmental safety standards.
Proficient in using mechanical tools, instruments, and measuring devices.
🌟Personal Attributes:
Physically fit and capable of handling electrical and mechanical work.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Strong safety awareness and compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) practices.
Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
