🎓 Qualifications:
• Senior High School Graduate / College Graduate / at least 2 years in college
• With 6 months BPO or financial service experience
(cashier/teller, loan processor, lending firms – BPO or non-BPO)
• Plus 1 year customer service experience
(service crew, cashier, or any customer-facing role)
• OR shifters with at least 1 year BPO experience handling international voice accounts
