📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement corrective/preventive measures.
✅ Ensure employees and contractors comply with safety requirements and procedures.
✅ Inspect PPE, work permits, emergency equipment, tools, and workplace operations.
✅ Handle safety violations and implement appropriate corrective actions.
✅ Conduct safety training and coordinate health and safety programs.
✅ Maintain safety documentation, accident records, and reports.
✅ Serve as Secretary and member of the Health and Safety Committee.
✅ Provide guidance on health and safety matters and support OSH program implementation.
✅ Conduct and assist in accident investigations, government inspections, and OSH-related activities.
✅ Monitor workplace health and safety and issue Work Stoppage Orders (WSO) when necessary.
🎯 QUALIFICATIONS
✅ At least five (5) years of relevant OSH work experience in high-risk industries
✅ Knowledge & Competency Requirements
✅ Strong knowledge of OSH legal requirements under RA 11058 and DO 252-25
✅ Familiarity with ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
✅ Familiarity with reportorial requirements (DOLE mandated reports and compliance submissions)
✅ Competence in drill ex*****on (fire, earthquake, evacuation, emergency response drills)
✅ Ability to design and implement a comprehensive safety program
✅ Skills in incident investigation and root cause analysis
✅ Capacity to initiate and sustain safety initiatives across all departments
✅ Must conduct training and seminars for all stakeholders to ensure awareness and compliance
✅ Ability to draft and implement policies aligned with OSH standards and organizational requirements

We’re Hiring: Fixed Assets and Inventory Specialist!

As our Fixed Assets and Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for:

📌 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Accurately record and maintain all fixed asset acquisitions in the NC system, ensuring proper classification, tagging, and documentation in accordance with company policies. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including adjusting entries related to fixed asset closing processes.
✔️ Capitalize fixed assets in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company-defined capitalization thresholds, ensuring timely and accurate recording in the general ledger.
✔️ Calculate and record depreciation expenses on a monthly and annual basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and applicable standards.
✔️ Monitor the useful lives of fixed assets and perform reclassification or impairment assessments as necessary, in line with accounting standards and company policies.
✔️ Tag and systematically track physical fixed assets across departments or locations to ensure accurate identification, accountability, and traceability within the asset management system.
✔️ Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile results with the fixed asset register to identify and resolve discrepancies.
✔️ Process asset transfers, disposals, and retirements in a timely manner, ensuring all transactions are supported by complete and accurate documentation in compliance with company policies.
✔️ Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing fixed asset schedules, reconciliations, and relevant documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
✔️ Support the preparation and consolidation of annual and periodic budgets for capital asset acquisitions, disposals, and maintenance projects.

🎯 Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of any four-year course related to Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
✔️ Basic knowledge of fixed asset and inventory management is an advantage.
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
✔️ Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.
✔️ Able to maintain accurate records and handle financial and inventory-related data.
✔️ Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Aice Philippines is looking for an experienced IT Supervisor to lead and support our organization's IT operations. This role is responsible for managing IT infrastructure, maintaining system performance, implementing security measures, and ensuring reliable technical support to keep business and manufacturing operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and production systems.
Manage IT infrastructure, system maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
Lead IT projects, infrastructure deployments, and technology improvements.
Ensure IT security compliance while mentoring junior IT staff and supporting end users.

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
✔ 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT infrastructure management, preferably in a manufacturing environment, Network Administration Experience in VLANs, OSPF, and BGP, Routing, and Wireless Controller and Access Point
