MASONRY QUALIFICATION

* Material preparation: mixing mortar, grout and cement to proper
consistency, as well as shaping materials ( brick , stone, tile and hallow block) using
proper masonry equipment.
* CONSTRUCTION & ASSEMBLY: Laying blocks, bricks and
stones according to plans, utilizing levels and plumbs to ensure everything is straight
and stable
* SURFACE FINISHING: Smoothing out concrete surface,
polishing stonework, and scraping away excess mortar and plastering using prober
tools.
* MAINTENANCE & REPAIR: Restoring older of damaged
structures by replacing cracked brick, repointing mortar, and applying prober
material.
* SAFETY & CLEANLINESS: Adhering strictly to job site
safety protocols, wearing appropriate gear, and maintaining tools
* CEMENT MASON: Focus on pouring, leveling and finishing
large concrete structures such as floors, building foundation and side walks.
STEEL MAN QUALIFICATION
- STEEL ER****ON: Hoist, Position, align, and connect steel beams ,
girders, and columns using cranes, welding equipment, and bolts.
-REBAR INSTALLATION: Cut, Bend and tie steel reinforcing rebar
into concrete forms to add structural strength.
-FABRICATION: Use heavy-duty equipment like shears, saws, and
torches to cut steel to required lengths.
-SAFETY COMPLIANCE : Work safely at extreme heights, wear
protective harness system, and strictly follow safety regulations.
-MECHANICAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficiency with
welding machines, cutting torches, and measuring instruments.
HVAC TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATION
-DAILY ROLE: Role combines Physical labor and technical problem
solving to ensure residential , commercial and industrial system operates safely and
efficiently
-INSTALLATION: Setting up new heating, cooling , ventilation and
refrigeration units by reading blueprints, running ductwork, and connecting electrical
wiring and fuel lines.
-DIAGNOSTIC & TROUBLESHOOTING : Using specialized testing
tools (pressure gauge , voltmeters) to identify mechanical or electrical faults in
compression, fans , thermostats and motors.
-MAINTENANCE: Conducting seasonal tune-ups, replacing parts ( filters,
belts, valves ) cleaning coils , and checking refrigerant levels

-REPAIRS: Promptly resolving emergency breakdowns to restore
comfortable temperature and prevent further damage to any system.
-TECHNICAL SKILL : Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, the
ability to read schematics, and proficiency with hand and power tools.

Open to female applicants
Must be a Registered Nurse in the Philippines
Willing to work in a homecare setting
Experience in medical-surgical wards or other nursing specialties is an advantage
