Thank you, TP employees, for bearing with us in these challenging times. We hope for your continued understanding as we persevere together as a team to prevail and come out stronger in the end. Your health, safety and security have always been at the forefront of our priorities that is why we continuously look for better ways to serve you.
We’ve seen your commitment to our customers and our teams, exerting great effort to report to work, and it is truly inspiring. We will do our utmost to further support you and protect your welfare. At the moment, these are the actions we are currently taking under Enhanced Community Quarantine directives:
• Advance release of portion of the 13th month pay and PTO conversion on March 26, 2020 for eligible TP employees nationwide to help augment fiscal resources and ease any further burden brought by the current situation.
• HMO-covered medical consultation and procedures including the testing and administration for COVID-19 is assured.
• Quick deployment of Work-At-Home solution wherever possible, within the limited time frame and scope allowed.
• Deployment of additional vans and shuttles for Metro Manila sites will continue to operate for as long as local city and municipal regulations allow.
• An enhanced community quarantine premium for our Luzon sites Agents, Supervisors, Trainers, and Assistant Managers for all worked hours while on site, until the enhanced community quarantine is lifted or until further notice.
• Heightened schedule for sanitation and disinfection of all spaces and continued temperature checks and hand sanitizing at all entry points of the sites being implemented.
• Complimentary and hearty meals 24/7 provided for employees working on site.
• On-site accommodations are being prepared in all Luzon sites, strictly following social distancing measures.
Employees unable to report for work are advised to stay in the prescribed home quarantine instead.
