•Define financial strategy, including capital sourcing, working capital management & outsourcing plans •Ensure effective capital deployment & monitor ROIs •Ensure timely & accurate preparation of financial statements
•Direct, review implementation of financial policies, systems, procedures & controls
•Annual budget preparation , monitoring and strict adherence to it.
•Develop & manage portfolio analysis tools, techniques & projects
•Budget creation , monitoring & alignment with annual business plan
•Guide & review accounting practices, ensure compliance to accounting / regulatory standards & rectify deviations •Lead & manage working capital & bank relations
•Monitor & review product profitability & recommend measures for ROI improvement
•Develop & manage institutional relationships with banks & financial institutions
•Ensure compliance with regulatory & audit procedures •Review audit results, non-compliances & implement corrective / preventive action plans

Key Responsibilities: 🗝️
• Oversee stock and inventory accounting across multiple business units/locations.
• Ensure accurate stock valuation, reconciliations, and monthly closing for all entities.
• Consolidate and prepare group-level inventory reports for management and auditors.
• Monitor stock movements across clusters, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams across the group to maintain consistent records.
• Conduct variance analysis, cost allocation, and provide insights to support decision making.
• Implement and enforce internal controls to reduce stock losses, wastage, or mismanagement.
• Act as the main contact for auditors on inventory matters.
