WE ARE HIRING ASST. INTERNAL AUDITOR
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct regular internal audits across departments such as Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, HR, and Finance
•Evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements to minimize risks and prevent fraud
•Review production processes, inventory management, and cost controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy
•Audit compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations
•Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans
•Monitor and follow up on implementation of audit recommendations
•Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in operational workflows
•Assist in external audits and coordinate with auditors when required
•Perform spot audits on inventory, materials, and finished goods
•Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
Qualifications:
•Atleast 5 years of experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Internal Auditing, Finance, or any related field
•Proven experience as an Internal Auditor, preferably in manufacturing or garments industry
•Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management
•Familiarity with inventory systems, production costing, and supply chain processes
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•High level of integrity and attention to detail
•Good communication and report-writing skills
