QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, -Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality -Control within the garment manufacturing industry.
-At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
-Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing processes, fabric inspection, finishing, and garment quality standards.
-Experience with AQL inspection standards, quality audits, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
-Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-With vendor Quality Certificate in fashion/retail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
-Lead and supervise the Quality Assurance team to ensure consistent implementation of quality requirements.
-Monitor quality performance from incoming materials to the final inspection of finished garments.
-Ensure compliance with customer specifications, AQL standards, and company quality requirements.
-Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
-Collaborate with Production, Industrial Engineering, Technical, ------Merchandising, and Warehouse teams to resolve quality concerns.
-Review quality inspection reports, analyze quality trends, and recommend improvement plans.
-Lead internal quality audits and support customer and third-party audits.
