Job Overview:
As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be the face of the terminal, assisting travelers with their digital check-ins, validating boat tickets, and accurately encoding passenger information into the kiosk computer systems.

Work Details:
Location: Cebu Port Terminal 1

Shift Schedule: 8-Hour Shift (Rotational)
> Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
> Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Vacancies: 2 slots available

Qualifications:
> Computer literate (basic data entry and system navigation)
> Willing to be trained
> Physically fit (requires standing and active passenger assistance)
> No criminal record (clean background check)
