Responsible for overseeing and directly supervising a team of Leadmen, Utility Operators, Material Handlers, Pre-Delivery Inspection personnel, and Production Operators. This role involves maintaining efficient workflow, ensuring adherence to production standards, and overseeing the entire production process.

Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, relevant field or equivalent work experience
✅ At least 2 years of work experience, being in the automotive industry is an advantage
✅ At least 2 years of supervisory experience within production environment
✅ Analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
✅ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
