𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 "𝐃𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠" 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 "𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠" 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬! 💸✍️

Have you ever said "I need to do a phone call" or "I'm doing a mess"? Don’t worry—you’re not alone! This is one of the most common hurdles for English learners.

In English, some words are just "best friends"—they always stick together. We call these Collocations. 🤝

Using the wrong pair won't always stop people from understanding you, but mastering them is the "secret sauce" to sounding natural, professional, and fluent.

The YJJM Cheat Sheet:

🔹 DO is usually for actions, obligations, and repetitive tasks.

Do the laundry 🧺

Do business 💼

Do your best ✨

🔸 MAKE is usually for creating, producing, or choosing something.

Make a cup of coffee ☕

Make a decision 🧠

Make a mistake ❌
..and yes, you MAKE money! 💰

Mastering these "word partners" is exactly what we focus on at YJJM. We don't just teach you grammar rules; we teach you how English actually sounds in the real world.

🚀 Ready to level up your fluency? Don't just do the work—make a change in your career today!

👇 QUIZ TIME: In the comments, tell us: Do you MAKE homework or DO homework?
Let’s see who knows the answer!

They say "the heart has its own language", but let’s be honest—it’s much easier to share your heart when you have the right words! ❤️

Happy Valentine’s Day to all the tutors who show up with patience, kindness, and a smile every single day. The world feels a little smaller and a lot friendlier because of the heart you put into your connections.

Wishing you a day as wonderful as the impact you make! 💌✨

𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳 "𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻" 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘁?

You know the feeling: Someone asks you a question in English, and your brain goes into "loading" mode. You hear the English, translate it to your native language, think of an answer, and then translate it back.

No wonder you’re exhausted! The secret to fluency isn't more vocabulary; it's Direct Association. You need to "flip the switch" to English mode without the middleman.

The Fix: The 5-Minute Immersion ☕

Try this every morning with everyday objects:

1️⃣ Don't Translate: Look at your phone. Don’t think of the word in your language. Look at the object and say "Phone."
2️⃣ Add an Adjective: "Black phone."
3️⃣ Create a Sentence: "My phone is ringing."

By doing this for just 5 minutes a day, you are training your brain to link images directly to English words. This builds the "muscle memory" you need for fast, natural conversations.
