Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a waiter in the hospitality or restaurant industry;
• Must hold a Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or related field;
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven work experience in fine dining or upper casual restaurants is required;
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu preparation & table setting;
• Ability to take and process orders accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times;
• Skilled in upselling menu items, handling guest concerns and delivering attentive service;
• Must be customer-oriented, detail-focused and professional in appearance and demeanor;
• Ability to remain calm, efficient and service-driven in a fast-paced environment;
• Demonstrates teamwork, adaptability and positive attitude in all guest interactions.
