GMM Global Maritime Manila, Inc.

GMM Global Maritime Manila, Inc., envisions to established a company that will ensure global competitiveness and competency of all deployed seafarers to meet the growing demands and challenges of the new seafaring profession. It is quite obvious that we cannot get them by looking outside at the external environment or from our competitors. It’s also quite obvious that our strategic planning exercises cannot possible uncover the ideology that is the soul of our endeavors. It is not a wish list or vision of what our values should be. We believe it is about to discover the core values we hold as individuals that provide unwavering guidance in our lives
which were followed by our forefathers and passed on to us from generation to generation.

- To listen truly to people
- To discover core ideology by looking deep inside
- To be authentic
- To be driven by discipline and consistency that differentiates us from others
- To attract, find and retain people, business partners that are “predisposed” to share our values and purpose
- To act congruently at all times based on our authentic values and courage
- To always remember from where we come from, what we are and what we stand for
- To respect the elements, environment and nature
