Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective operational systems, processes, and best practices aligned with company goals.
- Supervise staff performance, provide coaching and training, and foster a culture of accountability.
- Monitor inventory, supply chain, and procurement activities to ensure consistent availability of medical products and supplies.
- Coordinate with various teams including sales, logistics, finance, and admin to streamline workflow.
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and recommend areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to medical and healthcare operations.
- Collaborate with upper management on business strategy, budget planning, and expansion initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of proven experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or medical-related business.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands
-on approach. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare/medical industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
