Atwork Career Hub is looking for Home-Based ESL Teachers (both part and full time) to join our growing company. This is an exciting and interesting opportunity and a great way for you to grow your career. We're a young company and looking to build a solid base of team members that enjoy working with young students online in a very healthy and happy work environment.

SALARY RANGE 100-150 per hour based upon experience

EXCITING NEWS - We are now offering FREE TESOL (Teach English as a Second Language) Training. That means you don't have to pay to become certified. We pay it for you (It's valued at 12,500 pesos) and it's your Certification! This is an online 120-hour course that every ESL school in the Philippines and worldwide requires for you to teach ESL, so why not do it for free. You can even come to our facility on your days off and in between classes. YES, we will allow you to teach while you are receiving your certification. Even better, if you ever dreamed of teaching overseas this is the certification that you will need. Now a bit of information about the actual job!

What you can expect your day as an Atwork ESL teacher to be like:
Each class is approximately 25 to 30 minutes and you're training one student at a time
Students can range from as young as 6 years old up to 16 with the average age being 10. As you know, kids like to have fun so we make sure that the work is fun too
We have a very flexible schedule which you control. That means you set your hours and the number of classes you would like to have per day/week.
We use an online chat module that includes both voice and video so students and teachers see each other
we provide fun things that kids like to see such as hats and props to make learning fun
We provide all training materials which are structured in a way so that you train as you go. The materials are both friendly and fun and you won't ever find yourself bored.

Requirements:
Must have a College Degree
Must have excellent computer equipment with a very good headset and cam, with an internet speed of at least 10 Mbps. Quiet and very well lit location (Homebased)

What type of people we're looking for to join our team:
-Highly proficient in written and oral English (a neutral accent is a real plus)
-Very organized with good typing skills
-Self Motivated and must enjoy working with young students
-Outgoing personality and very approachable
-Be a team member, however, you must have the ability to take command and self
manage
-Must be able to adhere to your student schedule, follow guidelines and adhere to
protocols.
-Must be a happy-natured and patient person!
