Job Title: Accounts Receivable Associate
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Accounting/Finance
Reports To: Accounting Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Accounts Receivable Associate to join our accounting team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our accounts receivable process while providing helpful and professional customer service. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of accounting processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process incoming payments and apply to appropriate accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries and payment issues via email and phone
• Help research and resolve discrepancies on customer accounts
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing or account issues
• Assist with month-end reconciliation review

Qualifications:
• College diploma required; coursework in accounting/finance is a plus
• Understanding of accounts receivable or general accounting practices
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and email
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Previous customer service or office experience is beneficial
