Hi there! I'm seeking individuals familiar with either Chime or Cloze CRM, as well as someone capable of managing social media posting.

This is a part-time opportunity requiring 4 hours per day, M-F.
Salary: $4 per hour (this roughly translates to around 19,000 PHP per month, depending on the exchange rate.) + Bonus

JOB BRIEF & RESPONSIBILITIES -
✅Must know how to maintain contracts and use Dotloop
✅CRM Management
✅Maintain Client Matrix, send gifts and cards.
✅Call leads and follow up on appointments
✅Order post cards and door hangers

JOB BRIEF & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an Inside Sales Agent - VA to provide support to our client while working remotely.

As an ISA - VA, you will perform database management and cold calling to find listing opportunities.

For this role, excellent phone skills is required with little to no accent. You will be responsible for working in the CRM and keeping it up to date and you will have access to automated action plans.

Ultimately, you should need to have high level skills to be able to look at a lead in the database and determine what next steps are.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Good internal and external communication skills.
- Excellent and tenacious on the phone
- With Past Real Estate Experience (Atleast 1-2 years of experience)
- Proactive & Reliable
- Good organizational abilities & calm under pressure
- Must be able to work Friday-Tuesday (Wednesday & Thursday as your day off)
- Must be able to work graveyard (10am-7pm EST w/ an hour lunch)

Compensation

$7/hour + Bonus Opportunities
