The Municipality of Hinoba-an announces to all residents that the hotline numbers of the Dial D.A.P.H. Command Center have been officially UPDATED. This frontline platform, established through Executive Order #001 Series of 2022 under the administration of Mayor Daph Anthony V. Reliquias, RN, continues to serve as a vital channel for emergency calls, social services, and general concerns within the municipality.

Residents may now contact 0927-151-4218 for Globe users and 0970-458-6703 for SMART / Talk 'N Text users to ensure faster response and assistance, in line with the program’s mission of bringing social services of the government closer to the people.
