- Maintain cleanliness of office buildings, model houses, sales hubs, RFO units, Airbnb properties, and commercial areas.
- Clean and organize indoor and outdoor areas; sweep, water, and trim plants.
- Properly segregate and dispose of waste.
- Maintain and store cleaning tools and equipment properly.
- Report damaged facilities or equipment needing repair.
- Perform other cleanliness and maintenance duties as assigned.
