Customer Support

We are looking for a fluent Hebrew-speaking customer support and sales agent to manage customer retention, problem-solving, and sales. You’ll communicate via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and email, assisting customers with orders, resolving issues, and converting leads into buyers.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer support, retention, and objections professionally.
• Engage in sales conversations to convert interested leads.
• Manage orders, refunds, and inquiries through Shopify.
• Understand logistics, supply chains, and our product offerings.
• Address customer objections and increase satisfaction.
• Work with the operations team to ensure smooth fulfillment.
Requirements
• Fluent in Hebrew, with a strong understanding of Israeli consumer behavior.
• Experience in e-commerce customer support and sales.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify for order management.
• Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and supply chains.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
