We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Operations Assistant to support two fast-growing businesses. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Managing Director, ensuring operations, marketing, and executive priorities run smoothly.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working directly with senior leaders—this role is for you.

What you’ll do:
Manage calendars, inboxes, and daily operations
Coordinate leadership programs and events
Support marketing campaigns, content, and social media
Assist with invoicing, reports, and admin systems

What we’re looking for:
4–8 years EA/operations experience
Strong English communication skills
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and adaptable
