Hi Integrate Runners! Since all runners will be hitting the road before sunrise, we strongly encourage everyone to bring reflectorized accessories or warning lights (e.g., LED bands or clip-on lights) to stay visible along the route.

Our marshals, PNP, traffic management, and medical teams will be deployed—but your visibility is key to keeping everyone safe.

🏃‍♂️ Grata Integrate Fun Run 2026 – Additional Guidelines

We’re excited to have you join us! To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable run for everyone, please take note of the following reminders: 👇

🎒 Baggage
No baggage deposit area will be available. Please secure your personal belongings as organizers will not be liable for any loss.

🚻 Comfort Rooms
No designated comfort rooms within the event area. You may use nearby establishments (not managed by organizers).

🛑 Withdrawal from the Race
If you decide not to continue, inform the nearest race marshal or staff at any water/first aid station for proper recording.

⏰ Event Duration
No official cut-off time, but the program will wrap up at 7:00 AM. Please aim to finish within this time.

🚫 Use of Vehicles
Strictly no use of any vehicles during the run. Violators will be disqualified.

🚯 No Littering
Let’s keep the route clean—dispose of trash properly.

✅ Check-In Reminder
All runners must check in at the designated area for attendance and confirmation.

📍 Assembly
Please assemble at the starting line and follow the Race Marshal’s instructions.

🔁 Route Compliance & Loop Tags
Loop tags/markings will be placed at turning points.
⚠️ Missing loop tags = Disqualification

🚧 No Shortcuts
Follow the official route at all times. Taking shortcuts will disqualify you from post-run entitlements and prizes.

🏆 Awards & Prizes
Top 3 finishers per category will receive cash prizes (to be announced on event day).

🎖️ Finisher Medal
All official finishers will receive a finisher medal.

📍 1. When and where is the event?
The Grata Integrate Fun Run 2026 will take place at I Love Dumaguete Sign, Rizal Boulevard, Dumaguete City on April 26, 2026 (Sunday).

⏰ 2. What are the call times and gun starts?

12KM Category
• Call Time: 3:00 AM
• Warm-Up: 3:50 AM
• Gun Start: 4:00 AM

6KM Category
• Call Time: 3:15 AM
• Warm-Up: 4:20 AM
• Gun Start: 4:30 AM

🎽 3. When and where can I claim my race kit?

📍 Location: Macias Oval Complex

External Participants:
• April 22–24: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• April 25: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Internal Participants:
• April 22: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• April 23–25: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

📌 4. What should I bring when claiming my race kit?
Claim stub (if available) or email confirmation
If claiming for someone else:
• Signed authorization letter
• Photocopy of valid ID

💧 5. Will there be water stations?

Yes, hydration and aid stations will be available approximately every 2.5KM along the route.

🛡 6. Who ensures safety during the event?

The event is supported by:

PNP – peace and security
TMO – traffic management
Emergency/medical teams – on standby
Race marshals – route guidance and assistance

🎁 7. Are there any perks for participants?

Yes! All registered runners will receive a FREE 3-day pass voucher from Anytime Fitness Dumaguete, valid for 3 consecutive days (before or after the event) until May 26, 2026.

🏆 Additional vouchers will be awarded to the Top 3 winners across all categories.

📊 8. Will the list of runners be posted publicly?

No. In compliance with Data Privacy policies, the list of registered runners will not be publicly released.

However, all registered participants will receive an email confirmation of their registration, which can be presented when claiming race kits based on the scheduled distribution.
