Role Overview:
As a Quality Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating sales interactions, assessing adherence to quality standards, and identifying areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough evaluations of sales calls, emails, and customer interactions.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
2. Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in coaching or training sales teams is highly desirable.
