𝗙𝗠𝗟 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗝.𝗛. 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲

A new batch of on-the-job trainees (OJTs) pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Animal Science from J.H. Cerilles State College in Mati, Zamboanga del Sur officially commenced their 240-hour internship program on March 18, 2026, at FML Agriventures Corp. in Magangon, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte.

The trainees engage directly in sustainable farming practices, allowing them to apply classroom knowledge to real-world agricultural operations. This hands-on experience strengthens their technical competencies while preparing them for the professional demands of the industry.

FML Agriventures Corp. reinforces its commitment to developing future agriculturists by providing a structured and immersive training environment. The initiative supports the company’s goal to “bridge the gap” between the academe and industry through meaningful collaboration with educational institutions.

Through this program, the OJTs experience actual workplace dynamics, operational standards, and industry expectations. FML Agriventures Corp. continues to play a vital role in education and workforce development by helping shape competent and industry-ready graduates in the field of agriculture.
