A new batch of on-the-job trainees (OJTs) pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Animal Science from J.H. Cerilles State College in Mati, Zamboanga del Sur officially commenced their 240-hour internship program on March 18, 2026, at FML Agriventures Corp. in Magangon, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte.
The trainees engage directly in sustainable farming practices, allowing them to apply classroom knowledge to real-world agricultural operations. This hands-on experience strengthens their technical competencies while preparing them for the professional demands of the industry.
