We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant Scheduler to join our team! This is a Work From Home (WFH) position for someone who can efficiently manage schedules, handle administrative tasks, and communicate clearly with both internal teams and clients.

💼 Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain daily calendars, appointments, and meetings

Coordinate schedules and ensure there are no conflicts

Handle emails, calls, and other administrative support tasks

Assist with reports, data entry, and documentation

Communicate updates and reminders to the team promptly

✅ Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Scheduler, or similar role

Excellent communication and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Proficient in using scheduling and productivity tools (Google Calendar, Excel, etc.)
