🔧 Job Summary:
We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Monitoring Aide who will be responsible for monitoring the condition, maintenance schedules, and repairs of heavy equipment used on-site. The ideal candidate must be capable of driving and have a valid driver's license to facilitate inspection and coordination across different project locations.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Monitor usage, maintenance, and repair status of all heavy equipment and machinery.
Keep records of operating hours and coordinate preventive maintenance.
Conduct field visits to inspect equipment and verify maintenance activities.
Coordinate with mechanics, operators, and site supervisors regarding repair needs.
Document and file all service reports, parts replacements, and repair histories.
Track equipment condition (working, under repair, scheduled for maintenance).

High school graduate or with technical/vocational training (mechanical, automotive, or related).
Must have a valid professional driver’s license.
Can drive company vehicles to various equipment or project sites.
Knowledgeable in heavy equipment operations and maintenance is a plus.
Proficient in using tracking sheets or maintenance logs (MS Excel preferred).
Hardworking, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
Willing to work on-site with field exposure.
