Location:
• Davao City

Responsibilities:
• Conduct product and sales training for store staff handling gadgets and accessories.
• Train employees on brand knowledge, product features, and product comparisons.
• Provide effective sales techniques training to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Ensure staff are updated on new product launches, promotions, and store standards.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend improvement plans.
• Create training materials, guides, and assessments as needed.
• Coordinate with management to align training goals with store targets.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in training, retail, or telco/gadget sales.
• Strong knowledge of smartphones, gadgets, and mobile accessories.
• Familiarity with major brands such as Apple, Samsung, OPPO, and Huawei.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and coach store employees effectively.
• Willingness to travel to various store locations.
• Experience as a Trainer, Sales Coach, or Retail Supervisor is an advantage.

Are you passionate about navigating the complexities of high-risk merchant services? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to spearhead efforts in acquiring and managing merchants in the gaming, betting, and Forex sectors.

Location:
• Remote (with availability for business travel)

Responsibilities:
1. Merchant Acquisition:
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-risk merchants in sectors like gaming, betting, and Forex.
• Build and maintain a strong industry network to drive targeted merchant acquisition.
2. Risk Assessment & Compliance:
• Conduct AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance checks for merchants.
• Ensure adherence to local and international standards, including AML and data privacy regulations.
3. Account Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-risk merchants, offering ongoing support.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to monitor transactions and address unusual activities.
4. Strategic Risk Mitigation:
• Develop and implement strategies to manage risk exposure while ensuring profitability.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work with IT, legal, compliance, and operations teams for smooth merchant onboarding and support.
6. Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to refine strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports on merchant performance, risks, and compliance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in high-risk merchant acquisition (gaming, betting, Forex, Fintech, or payment processing industries preferred).
• Proficient in high-risk payment processing, AML/KYC regulations, and risk management tools.
• In-depth understanding of gaming, betting, and Forex industries, including regulatory frameworks.
• Skilled in fraud prevention and transaction monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with payment platforms and risk management systems.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Malaysian, Singaporean, or Taiwanese nationality preferred.
