The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) is the Philippine Government Sector that handles the recruitment, processing, and deployment of all Overseas Filipino Workers, as well as, the supervision and control of all land-based International Agencies in the country. Multi-Resources Development Corporation (MRDC) is a duly licensed recruitment agency for over 30 years. We had been sup

plying manpower to numerous petrochemical industries and their contractors in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, America, and China. We are the first recruitment agency to supply technical people for the commissioning/maintenance of oil platforms in China along the Shenzhen and Guandong region. We were also the first Philippine recruitment agency to send technical people for commissioning/maintenance of oil exploration in Baku Azerbaijan. During our 31 years in existence, our agency’s expertise is geared more on supplying workers for the petrochemical industry, construction, oil exploration including supplying workers for their other support services like catering, camp maintenance and hotel staffing. We have sent workers in behalf of Awabed Ssangyong for the Construction of the Hadeed Plant in Jubail Saudi Arabia and various companies like Construction Design Engineering, MODECO, Qatar Modern Maintenance Company (Al Faisal Holdings Qatar), Harris Pye Marine, Ltd (Saudi Branch), Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC), Sikom Supplies Sdn Bhd. Aside from the services being rendered to the petrochemical, construction, oil industries, we are simultaneously providing medical and paramedical workers to Saudi Arabia and the UAE countries Canada and United States. Also, we are the first agency here in the Philippines to be accredited by Department of Labor Philippines/Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to send contract workers to Canada. This consists of Nurses and lately Physical Therapist. The deployment started last May 2000 to present. Our agency had sent IT professionals for 3 years to the U.S.A. through Data Rich International where our workers were assigned to various states in the USA. Presently, we are the agent of Interstaff, Inc. USA in the Philippines. Focus of Company: Professionals as in: Design Engineers, CADD Operators, Petroleum Engineers, workers for Construction, Oil rigs from Laborers, Tradesmen, Accountants, Secretary, Data Entry/Programmers for hospital, supermarkets, Waiter, Janitress, Doctors, Nurses, Therapist, Midwives, Medical Technician and Hotel Staff. We had deployed a wide variety of workers to work abroad including for ship repair in Saipan.
